so far, this a great affordable pos system which is easy to use and understand. The tech support is great as long as you call or use the chat feature don't create a ticket though. I did have to minus a star because simple things like bulk import and integration with accounting software cost extra and you can't use zap. Also didn't love the fact a manager can't just enter code or swipe card to approve a discount or refund. But hopefully they take care of that stuff.

I’ve install this at 5 businesses and it’s perfect . The inventory & accounting features were exactly what I needed. Also I can monitor all transactions remotes. The user interface is super simply, which makes training very easygoing. Would definitely continue to recommend this product

Niaomi was amazing she spent about 2 hours helping me solve the setup issues. She worked diligently and wouldn’t close the case until everything was resolved. Epos Now giver her promotions and a raise. Its people like her that keeps customers happy and stay with your company.

Denis really took his time to assist me with my issue. Called back, emailed and checked back again the next day to make sure everything was working on my end. He knew what he was to do to assist me. He solved even an extra issue, that has been bothering me for a while with my system. Excellent communication skills; he was a listerner than a talker, a trait that we hardly get these days with most corporation reps.. Really appreciate his assistance🙏
