Let's start with a ZERO star. I have read many post with similar situation to mine. **** beware**** Don't purchase or get into a membership. Here the shortest version of my current situation leading to legal lawsuit. Open account 2023 with a policy contract . I went through my 1 year contract. 2nd year, No auto- renewal contract. I never used the system or credit they gave when you purchase machine out right. For the last 28 months they continue to charge ( unauthorized) payments. Good equipment. Worst customer service. Will keep charging you months after you've stopped using them. If you thought canceling gym membership was hard, try canceling with these guys....
It's been a bumpy road and very difficult and expensive. I do like the quality of the equipment, but it's paired with terrible customer service. Customer support, if needed, costs extra and is nothing to write home about. I left this review after my horrible telephone experience on a phone call with Michael Mccune. Thanks, Michael! Maybe don't throw people into a wait while they're mid sentence! 😐
so far, this a great affordable pos system which is easy to use and understand. The tech support is great as long as you call or use the chat feature don't create a ticket though. I did have to minus a star because simple things like bulk import and integration with accounting software cost extra and you can't use zap. Also didn't love the fact a manager can't just enter code or swipe card to approve a discount or refund. But hopefully they take care of that stuff.
"THIS IS A FOREIGN SCAM COMPANY !!!AVOID!!!" They are posting fraudulent charges to my bank account. I have no recourse because they operate offshore through internet phone providers. Red flag #1. The only way to stop them from stealing will be to close my bank account but my bank is closed so they continue to draft at will. Please use a domestic firm to entrust access to your debit/bank system. I shouldn't have fallen for this scam company but they have a nice website to cover. That's my bad!
