Unprofessional. This company said they would correct my order, they didn't. They said they would send the correct POS, they didn't. They said I had a grace period before they would charge me monthly fees, they didn't. They said they would wait till my grace period ended to start charging account inactivity fees, they didn't. They said multiple times, they would meet me for appointments, they didn't. They have the gall to take MONTHS to fail to refund their inappropriate charges, AND expect me to pay out the complete contract... read more
Our experience with EPOS Now has been extremely frustrating. During our cancellation request, the company restricted access to our account and business data while continuing to demand payment. Customer service was disappointing and unwilling to provide reasonable assistance or temporary access to retrieve records. The entire process felt unfair and unprofessional. We expected support and transparency from a business software provider, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
I have been in business using this Pos system for more than two years and I have not had any issues with it period. I am so thankful that We choose it.
Training has been excellent to this point. Because of my previous system, my learning curve is a bit more challenging, but I’ve got videos and notes from my trainers.
Let's start with a ZERO star. I have read many post with similar situation to mine. **** beware**** Don't purchase or get into a membership. Here the shortest version of my current situation leading to legal lawsuit. Open account 2023 with a policy contract . I went through my 1 year contract. 2nd year, No auto- renewal contract.
