I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to after the services received by The Equity Group. From Oscar at reception to Florentina in the leasing department, the entire staff is kind and eager to assist you with your move. They made everything simple and convenient and made our move an ease. Incredible office, incredible people. They were extremely responsive with all my requests after moving in as well. I made 34 maintenance requests for a home they managed. Most were addressing their failures to remedy the issues initially. After being there for 15 months, I was provided a 60 day notice to vacate without any cause explained. The previous residence i rented was also managed by this company. They took the majority of my deposit after claiming items were damaged. The same items that were already damaged prior to me moving in. We are still in the process of looking for a place but so far Equity Group has made the search very simple and very friendly.
