We were recommended to Erica by a friend since we didn't really want to use someone who is a friend of ours. From the beginning, Erica was conscience of our needs and wants by taking the time to sit with us and actually communicate in person. I cannot think of a time that either my husband or myself called, texted, etc with an inquiry that Erica didn't get back to us immediately. Both my husband and myself would think of questions and text her for answers. If she didn't know, she would find out the answers for us. We appreciated the people she works with including the bank and her inspector. Erica was never pushy as to selling us something that was not the right place for us; in fact she swayed us away from properties that she thought would not be the right fit for our needs. Even as we got to know her personally, Erica always treated us professionally and worked for us. She made it clear that her time was ours until we found the perfect spot. Erica is courteous, professional and friendly. We have already recommended her assistance to other friends in the Lake area and Fort Wayne. I believe, Erica goes above and beyond what most Realtors do since this is her job and she treats it as one.
