I find Erica to be very attentive, receptive, intuitive, insightful, unassuming, and nonjudgmental. She's extremely easy to talk to and not pushy or assertive. Even when I attend a meeting with a negative attitude, she manages to lift my spirit and provides me with crucial feedback and guidance.
