I feel very comfortable talking with Erica like I already know her well. You don’t hold back things you might with others she has a way , your safe when telling her things. I highly recommend her to others who are holding in feelings and need to talk them through.
I find Erica to be very attentive, receptive, intuitive, insightful, unassuming, and nonjudgmental. She's extremely easy to talk to and not pushy or assertive. Even when I attend a meeting with a negative attitude, she manages to lift my spirit and provides me with crucial feedback and guidance.
