Great experience. The salesmen were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They did seal the deal when I had no intention of deciding until I got more quotes, but the product and deal was good enough to make it happen. From deal to work start was fast. Ridiculously fast. From the beginning Erie Homes was great to work with. My sales person Jordan was very helpful in explaining the process and made choosing them very easy. The installation crew was amazing! They had my old roof removed and the new roof installed in one day! The new roof looks great and I couldn’t be happier with it!

I’m very satisfied with my roof replacement by Erie Home. Their price wasn’t the lowest but I was impressed with the quality. The sales presentation was long but very informative and they showed samples to back up the presentation. I was worried about using an out of town firm but glad I did. The follow up after the sale was excellent and the materials were as promised. The project manager and crew did a fantastic job with replacing and clean up. The follow up after completion continued. This company is very professional and I like how they get their products from the United States. I bought a roof and that comes with a 30 year warranty. The workers that came out to my residence were very respectful and professional. There was a supervisor on site. The next day, another supervisor came and walked the property and the roof ensuring everything was good. The salesman were very informative and knew what they were talking about.

For what little my opinion is worth, they seem to be a really good company. They were able to expedite my roof in their queue, and the team that was here: Lee, Max, and Zach; were here for almost 10-14 hours both days. They did a great job and cleared everything up at the end. They finished in about two and half days, but the half day was mostly paperwork and final walk around.

I had Erie home do my roof every one was so polite and helpful....the crew were awesome they were hard working polite..and there clean up was fantastic
