The January "Snowmageddon" in Middle Tennessee was accompanied by lots of ice, so I decided that I needed to have my 15-year-old roof inspected. I contacted three companies. Each inspection revealed the same "wear-and-tear over time" issues. Insurance wasn't going to cover the replacement, so I carefully analyzed the information from the inspections and their estimates. Everything pertaining to the current situation of my roof to what would be done to it during the replace phase was thoroughly explained. The workmen showed up on time, went straight to work till the job was finished. They were all very professional and respected my property throughout the entire process.

We needed a new roof so I called Erie Home Improvement to set up an inspection. Erie Home representatives came out and did a thorough inspection and let us know the options for replacement. They did not try to up sell nor down sell their product. They left the choice to us. They were courteous and professional with their presentation.
