Completed work on time and as contracted. Answered any question I had.
The roof looks great! I am very pleased with the workmanship! They cleaned everything up well too. The only problem I am having is I am missing the estimate that James (the salesman) wrote up for me. I paid $10k down and thought there would be $31k left to pay, but it ended up to be $5k more. Would it be possible to get a copy of his estimate please? Seems to me the end price was $41k something. Thanks for your consideration. I believe I was supposed to get a copy of that estimate. ~Joyce Jacobson

Fast & Efficient and have a great roof!
Your team worked very hard on a hot day, and they covered the roof with a tarp before leaving for the day. We had heavy rainfall the next day, and the crew was here early to start working once the rain let up. They cleaned up the mess well. Mario is great for following up on a leak I had coming through my soffits in the front. Two crew members were here that same evening and sealed an area down that caused this leak. Roofing crew was very polite, the product looks great.
Mostly good, however still waiting on paperwork including warranty certificate.
The whole experience from salespeople to the crew that installed my new roof was very professional and took pride and integrity in there work from the beginning to the end. One day of removing old shingles and installing new sheeting and installing new shingles was like a well oiled machine of craftsmanship and professionalism was greatly appreciated as a home owner. Thanks Erie Home!!!!
