The crew showed up on time. Ripped off the old roof. Fixed problem areas and had the new roof on by the end of the day. Cleaned up everything. Except for the new roof it was like they were never there. The day after I had a severe storm with high winds. The roof withstood it all. Excellent work.

Work was completed in 12hrs due to a snow storm coming in. They worked 2 hrs in the dark. The next 4 days I could not view the work they did because of the amount of snow on the roof, but Erie kept insisting I sign off on the work, because “the higher ups don’t care about weather, they need paperwork signed off from the buyer.” That attitude from Erie is what took a star away. The crew was very professional and efficient. They showed up in the morning, and got right to work. The Foreman was also very professional and informative, he made sure I was satisfied with the work, walked me around the house to make sure I was happy with the clean up, the crew worked hard and cleaned everything up, you wouldn’t even know they were here. We're very happy with the work and outcome of our new roof. Despite a grumpy, complaining neighbor, the crew was very respectful and professional and didn't let anything disway them from performing their job. The job was done in less than a day and they left the grounds in better shape than they found it. We were at the hospital most of the day due to my wife needing surgery that day and from what I seen on our cameras throughout the day, they stayed busy and concentrated on the task at hand all day. Roof was installed 2 weeks prior to the estimated start time! We are very happy with our roof from Erie Home. Scott Alfonso & Ryan Reese were super to work with, they were very helpful and patient with us as we made our choice and color selection. Took the time to review pros, cons, and advantages of the Erie shingle. We loved using the 3D model of our home online for the color selection and comparing different colors side by side to find one we liked the best.
