I hate having to write this because our initial experience with Erie Home in Fall 2024 was fantastic. We loved their presentation, products, and professionalism. The only reason we didn't move forward at the time was because we weren't financially ready. Fast forward to now—we're finally ready for a new roof and reached back out. Very pushy salespeople that will promise a lot. My advice is to read the contract thouroughly, their warranty has a lot of exemptions and stipulations that the salesman we had did not mention. I was told our warranty would be comprehensive and they'd fix it unless a tornado took out the house and it would be nothing out of pocket for us. Turns out in our contract we'd be responsible for labor and they don't cover tile blow offs after 10 years when we were about to pay 1.5x to 2x the cost of a roof for this 30 year warranty... read more

Overall pleased with Erie Homes. They were professional and helpful from start to finish. I thought the price was high but the materials used were high quality and first rate. I understand that, *You get what you pay for."

had a garage roof that was leaking. Some of the plywood was turn bad over the years. Time to replace. They were very good at what they did and cleaning up too. Thank you all for a job well done.
