Erie's team did excellent work installing my new roof! They ripped off the old shingles and installed a new one in less than a day. Even after the heavy rains and high winds, no issues with the roof thus proves the professional workmanship of the job.

Very pushy salespeople that will promise a lot. My advice is to read the contract thouroughly, their warranty has a lot of exemptions and stipulations that the salesman we had did not mention. I was told our warranty would be comprehensive and they'd fix it unless a tornado took out the house and it would be nothing out of pocket for us. Turns out in our contract we'd be responsible for labor and they don't cover tile blow offs after 10 years when we were about to pay 1.5x to 2x the cost of a roof for this 30 year warranty... read more

I hate having to write this because our initial experience with Erie Home in Fall 2024 was fantastic. We loved their presentation, products, and professionalism. The only reason we didn't move forward at the time was because we weren't financially ready. Fast forward to now—we're finally ready for a new roof and reached back out. Since then, we've had our appointment canceled once and experienced two separate no-shows.
