Not sure about all the positive reviews but our experience was not good. Confusion over our first appt led to a $100 fee. Second appt we drove over an hour to see DR. Ebert whcih resulted in a 10 min conversation with my daughter and a "can I take over the prescription". Third visit we pull my daughter out of school for a 12:20 telehealth visit. 12:30 we received no link, I call in. Dr. Ebert has been responsive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. She has given me enough feedback for me to feel that I’m making an informed decision, without feeling overwhelmed. She is compassionate, easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. I’d offer my highest recommendation.
Dr. Ebert is a wonderful psychiatrist and has been very helpful. My only gripe with LifeStance Health is it can be rather difficult to reschedule an appointment if one is missed. Almost every time I try to call my psychiatrist when trying to reschedule I'm sent to voicemail, and call backs are random and easily missed; often times it feels like I'm playing telephone tag just trying to schedule an appointment.
Dr. Ebert was incredibly helpful and focused on our needs. She was supportive and kind to my child and myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has the need for psychiatric support.
