This is not my first time in therapy but it has been the best time in therapy. I've learned so much and how to manage my emotions in a healthy way! Erin will say that I did all the work, and it IS work, but I could not have done it without her guidance, kindness, and empathy. She is the least judgmental person I've met. She has saved me, my marriage, and my family. I am so grateful that Lifestance matched me with Erin!!!!
