This is the BEST eyewear shop in all of STL! I’ve had not so good experiences with my previous eye doctor’s optical shop, and I was wanting to return to Erker’s after having such a stellar experience years ago. These women know their stuff! They fit you perfectly for frames, they got my OC height spot on (I have a very high prescription, so the OC height has to be exact), and they provide impeccable service and fittings too. After a less than stellar experience at competitor Clarkson Eyecare, our family decided to try out Erker's Eyewear, in Clayton. We had a great experience! You definitely pay a premium for both the quality of the staff and the location, but it is worth it. Dr. Daniel Ethakoti was knowledgeable and had great bedside manner, and Sandy in the glasses section was great as well. The interior is spacious and modern. We will be back!
Shirley Salinas is excellent. I had an issue with lenses that required them to be remade, and Shirley moved heaven and earth to get my glasses back to me very quickly. Throughout my interactions with her, she was professional, very pleasant, and was clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Thank you Shirley!
I've been a customer for over 25 years Tony and his crew is amazing. My entire family have cartier glasses even my one-year-old grandson has a pair. I believe he is the only one in St Louis to have a pair so small.
Excellent service . Very knowledgeable sales team. I ordered new glasses. Expected to get them in 2 weeks.
