After a less than stellar experience at competitor Clarkson Eyecare, our family decided to try out Erker's Eyewear, in Clayton. We had a great experience! You definitely pay a premium for both the quality of the staff and the location, but it is worth it. Dr. Daniel Ethakoti was knowledgeable and had great bedside manner, and Sandy in the glasses section was great as well. The interior is spacious and modern. We will be back!
My sister traveled out of state for Erker's exceptional customer service. I joined her. Cheryl was awesome. Personal service in choosing frames to flatter your face. The interaction truly was exceptional. So much so, I purchased frames for myself and will be back, from out of state, every two years. Thank you, Cheryl!
Our experience at Erker’s was wonderful. Cheryl was very nice and helpful, and asked if we would like the opportunity to have a personal stylist. I am so glad I said yes. Sandy was the stylist. She made glasses shopping so fun and enjoyable. Instead of the usual frustration of walking around and trying to guess if various frames would work for me, we sat down and relaxes while Sandy brought many frames to us. Many out of state visitors come to St. Louis to see the Arch, I come to visit Erkers. The service is unbeatable. With Cheryl’s expertise and keen eye, she selected a tray of frames and within 30 minutes I found my perfect pair. It is a pleasure to receive such personal attention and care. After searching for months, I found the perfect pair of prescription glasses in less than 20 minutes. The personal stylist Sandy looked carefully through their selection and has quite an eye! Rhion was also incredibly helpful in working out all the practical details to actually get them in my hands. Great experience!
