Dr. Yonchak is very knowledgeable and kind. He spent almost 2 hours patiently working on my difficult tooth and explaining what was needed and why along with other options I had. He kept working on it until he got it just right. He even showed me all my x-rays when finished so I could see what he did. Michelle in the office was also kind and helpful working around my schedule the best she could. I highly recommend if you need a root canal!
The first person you speak to really sets the vibe of the office, Michelle at the front desk is incredibly kind and compassionate. I can’t say enough good things about her. I saw Dr. Yonchak at the Middletown office and he was very kind, gentle & knowledgeable. Honestly if you need a root canal book here. Barely any discomfort, very easy. If I could have all my dental procedures here, I would. 10/10, definitely recommend!
Highly recommend!!! Dr. Yonchak was able to save my tooth. I was looking at an expensive implant if he had been unable to save. The staff is very friendly and competent as well!!!
The receptionist went above and beyond to help me get medical approval from a specialist phycisan so that I was able to recieve services ASAP. She was able to fit me into a cancelation that worked with my schedule. Dr. Yochak was very informative and thorough throughout the root canal procedure. He put my mind at ease and I felt very comfortable and confident in his care.
I mean having a root canal in general is a 0/10 experience, but if you need it done I don’t think you’ll find a better place to do it. Everyone was super friendly and informative. The procedure itself was about as comfortable as can reasonably be expected. I can’t recommend these people enough.
