I received my ordert in just days with standard shipping. It was definitely an authentic part. When I had a problem with the part (manufacturing defect) they provided a replacement right away, received quickly, thanks! I will be shopping at Essential Electric as a first stop from now on.
We had a main breaker go down at our production facility in the middle of a major production run. We called Essential Parts on a Thursday evening at 4 PM.
