I've ordered from Essential about 15 times. Material always has arrived in good condition, and in a timely manner. There were 2 times I ordered in stock materials. Orders were processed, monies charged to my card, delivery conformations send. But at some point a few days later I received a refund for non-stock items. I feel this should have been discovered the order being placed. I had to start over at another supplier for the same materials. That put me behind in an unnecessary position. First off, I had the wrong item delivered, nowhere near what I ordered. I reached out and got a Zach, very helpful abs found and got the new item sent out, (Fingers Crossed)! What left an even bigger bad taste in my mouth was, I was told to buy another piece, AGAIN, and then they would send out my new one. I have yet to recieve my return money although I sent back their wrong item they sent me. And I have yet to receive my correct piece i ordered. Ordered up my part and the next day, when reviewing the order. Noticed that I ordered the wrong part. Yes, it is my fault, but they had the wrong photo of the part in their description. This should not happen. Owner reached out to me and offered to make it right. (On a Saturday no less). Very impressed with the customer service here. They now get 5 stars!
