First of all I think Esther is the best!! She has helped me so much and the office staff is wonderful 💯
The lady i talk to is really good after I talk to her I feel so much better. She is kind and caring
If I could break my review down, I would. My providers, fantastic! I would give my experience with my providers 5/5 stars. HOWEVER, the patient portal not great. There is always some type of issue with it. When I call in, the phones often disconnect before I ever reach a live person. And when I ask general Q&A questions (not provider related) staff just tells me to call in.
Esther is great - she listens well and gets right to the issues and possible solutions and observations! LGBTQ+ friendly too!!
Esther always listens to me and offers suggestions to try to help me.
