Estia has been a tremendous blessing in our lives. From the first tour to living here we absolutely love it! The community is peaceful and in a great location. The office staff is so kind, sweet, and hard working. We love Eliza and all the other ladies in the office. Maintenance is also on top of their work and does a great job. Thank you to everyone here!
I highly recommend Estia Surprise Farms! I felt very safe and comfortable living there and the staff is wonderful. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, the team took care of it ASAP. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. The homes are well done and the yards are the perfect size. The location is also really perfect!

We love living here! The clubhouse is great for hosting any family gathering events and easy process to reserve! Community is very well kept and great personnel in the office also! Gym and pool are 24hrs which is great and there doesn’t seem to be a huge issue with folks parking in the wrong assignments.
I've been living here since May and am very glad that I moved to Estia Farms! I have found the Office Manager, Grace and her leasing staff, Emily and Andrew, to be "Top Notch", extremely helpful, kind and personable. As it is a new property, understandably, there have been some items, related to my apartment, that have needed some attention.
