Estia Surprise Farms is a quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained community in a great location. You can really relax and feel at home here.The office and maintenance staff are friendly, responsive, and truly care about residents. Every interaction I’ve had has been met with professionalism, friendliness, and a real commitment to helping residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office team is always responsive and kind. I couldn’t be happier living here—highly recommend!
Zech, Matt and Alexis go above and beyond to keep thos place running beautifully. They take renters concerns seriously and have great attitudes! The grounds are clean and well kept. Had p Jerks breaking in and ruining the pool and the team took our concerns to the owners and got it approved to get security to do rounds at night and install cameras. The problem is decreasing. Love living here so far and our first year is almost up. There are many here who have been here since it opened and no rent hikes so that is awesome.

All the office and maintenance staff are amazingly helpful and responsive. Whenever we put in maintenance requests they are quick to react and resolve. One of the maintenance staff Matthew came to assist in replacing our front door electronic locks. While he was here I mentioned one of my lights was going out in the bathroom. He grabbed me 4 new bulbs from his cart. He was quick and effective and on and out in under 5 minutes. Super nice and respectful and seemed to be rather knowledgeable on anything maintenance related.
Estia has been a tremendous blessing in our lives. From the first tour to living here we absolutely love it! The community is peaceful and in a great location. The office staff is so kind, sweet, and hard working. We love Eliza and all the other ladies in the office. Maintenance is also on top of their work and does a great job. Thank you to everyone here!
