My mom lives there, and the amenities are wonderful. She has been living here since January 2026 and they have never weeded her front yard. The weeds are taller than my kids now and she has complained 6 times and they have only weeded her backyard twice. She is so embarrassed to have company over. Walking around the complex, we are not the only ones who have overgrown weed problems. The rest of the place is so clean, its weird. They say they changed landscaping companies and its a miss communication.
