All the office and maintenance staff are amazingly helpful and responsive. Whenever we put in maintenance requests they are quick to react and resolve. One of the maintenance staff Matthew came to assist in replacing our front door electronic locks. While he was here I mentioned one of my lights was going out in the bathroom. He grabbed me 4 new bulbs from his cart. He was quick and effective and on and out in under 5 minutes. Super nice and respectful and seemed to be rather knowledgeable on anything maintenance related.
Zach and Matt were here today to fix our front door. They were very courteous and friendly and got the job done quickly and to perfection!!! Thanks to you both we appreciate it.
Estia has been a tremendous blessing in our lives. From the first tour to living here we absolutely love it! The community is peaceful and in a great location. The office staff is so kind, sweet, and hard working. We love Eliza and all the other ladies in the office. Maintenance is also on top of their work and does a great job. Thank you to everyone here!

I highly recommend Estia Surprise Farms! I felt very safe and comfortable living there and the staff is wonderful. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, the team took care of it ASAP. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. The homes are well done and the yards are the perfect size. The location is also really perfect!
