Mr. Ethen made my experience with Mutual of Omaha and experience of a lifetime. During the process of refinancing my home, I had no clue what to do. These people are a joke. Bait and switch the whole time was suppose to be a quick loan and they play games to get you to hooked in. Charged me 895 for an appraisal that the guy said was 650. Had their requests of repairs done and they try and say it was ai photos. They are a joke I won’t be using them ever again and pulling my life insurance from them.
Terrible bait and switch. Gets you in and then changes things, had me pay for an appraisal and because of two missing pieces of siding makes a huge deal, as well as a ladder that their appraiser was incompetent of knowing the code. I rushed to find someone to fix the siding and paid them they sent me pictures these guys say it’s ai, I have yet to confirm that in person if so I got scammed out of 1500$ trying to fix a issue for them to just give me the loan.
