Great first impression. Facility clean, bright, comfortable, and welcoming. Front desk staff very efficient and respectful, processing smooth. Nurses Tara and Chris very professional, relaxed, sensitive, good communicators. Dr Ethan Wajswol immediately understood my medical situation and gave me reasonable explanations for my options. I left with confidence in our plan going forward.
Dr. Wajswol and his staff are anything short of amazing! I was sent to Dr. Wajswol when a tumor was found on my kidney, he took immediate action, set goals and timelines in place, we decided best scenario for me would be surgery. Dr. Wajswol called me on a Saturday morning to check in and make sure the meds that were prescribed to me on Friday wouldn’t have an adverse reaction. I thought I was going to be miserable going through the weekend, but he didn’t let me down after I didn’t get notification from my pharmacy of pick up.
