Our experience with Ms. Ethel has been great! She is very informative and insightful. She was patient and cared about our unique situation. Ms. Ethel was very thorough and gave us some much-needed tools to utilize going forward. We loved having her as our counselor.

Ethel is a therapist that is a good active listener and easy to talk to. My only reason for a 4 vs. a 5 rating is the connection through the telehealth service was spotty and made hearing her difficult at certain times.
