European Car Care worked on my 2008 Mercedes ML 550. When I arrived home with my vehicle, oil was leaking at the top of the engine and beneath the vehicle (see pictures). I had taken it in to have the starter and thermostat replaced. They claimed it needed all of this other stuffed fixed. I also noticed the original oil cap and dip stick were not replaced. We stopped in for an oil change for my 2008 mini coop, and we were pleasantly surprised. My check engine light and a couple of other minor things were going on with the car and they threw in the diagnostics with the oil change and quoted me a very reasonable price on the repairs. I will be back in the future.
The staff is very polite, caring and does professional work. Answered all my questions without rushing or hesitation. Great job!
Hey, I’ve been trying to reach you all for two weeks by phone and I also called Mr. Troy other number he told me to call but it’s disconnected. Can you all please give me a call whenever you can I’m trying to pick up my car. Also I tried leaving several voicemails.
I went in after dealer told me it was my alternator that needed to be replaced and I was looking to get a quote for replacement. I told them what the dealer stated, they told me they need to confirm that was the issue. Not even 5 mins they confirmed the same problem I told them the dealer stated. Then they charged me $155.00 for a diagnostic fee!!!!!!!! They never told me about a fee!!!!!! Very dishonest business. This place is a scam. They scamed me out of $155.00.
