European Car Care worked on my 2008 Mercedes ML 550. When I arrived home with my vehicle, oil was leaking at the top of the engine and beneath the vehicle (see pictures). I had taken it in to have the starter and thermostat replaced. They claimed it needed all of this other stuffed fixed. I also noticed the original oil cap and dip stick were not replaced. I love European Car Care. It’s usually hard for women to find a good auto repair shop whereas she doesn’t feel like she’s being taken advantage of because of lack of knowledge about vehicles. This shop is highly recommended, affordable and everyone at this establishment is extremely professional. I will definitely conduct business with this company again
I went in after dealer told me it was my alternator that needed to be replaced and I was looking to get a quote for replacement. I told them what the dealer stated, they told me they need to confirm that was the issue. Not even 5 mins they confirmed the same problem I told them the dealer stated. Then they charged me $155.00 for a diagnostic fee!!!!!!!! They never told me about a fee!!!!!! Very dishonest business. This place is a scam. They scamed me out of $155.00.
They were very honest and really fast with the repairs of my car .
