Upon entry to the office, staff were very welcoming and understanding. I thought I might miss my appointment since Google maps had thrown me for a loop; had me going in circles. I have just had a great experience with my root canal treatment at Evans Endodontics. Dr. Purcell did an amazing job, as did Ms. Heather, Dr. Purcell’s assistant. My tooth situation was somewhat complicated and there was a strong possibility that the treatment would require two visits; however, Dr. Purcell managed to complete the whole procedure in one session. Evans Endodontist was not the one we were initially referred to, but they were in-network with our insurance company. I am so glad we switched! From initial phone call through the procedure itself, everyone was great! Special kudos to Dr. Purcell and Kim! They make an amazing team! The care I received from this doctors office was above and beyond what I was expecting. It started at the from desk the office clerks were very pleasant and helpful. They could see I was in pain and they offered to help me complete the new patient demographics. When I got to the back office the doctor assistant was very detailed in making sure my xrays was done and she made sure I was comfortable and when the doctor arrived he explained in detail every thing that he was doing which put me at ease. The D. Babb was friendly, kind, and very detailed. He took the time to clarify each step of the procedure, which helped ease my nerves and made me feel at ease. Although I was very anxious, the calmness of his voice reassured me and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I thank him abundantly; I was really terrified.
