Outstanding experience! The Dr. Purcell was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Heather also rocked it as well! She was a sweetheart! I left feeling confident and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.
Front Desk personnel greeted me and made me feel welcome and valued from the start! The assistant made me feel at ease and comfortable during the prep. Dr. P... explained the procedure to me beforehand and was caring and patient the whole procedure. Evans Endodontics are timely, courteous, and the ultimate in dental professionalism! No unpleasant surprises!
I had a great experience at Evans Endodontics. The staff was welcoming and professional from start to finish. Dr. Babb and Heather took the time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and pain-free. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of root canal treatment!!
I recently had root canal treatment. Apart from patient staff I must say that the Dentist was excellent. I have never had a dentist appointment where pain and discomfort was non-existent. I was really scared heading into the procedure but the doctor explained everything thoroughly before, during and after the procedure. Thus, I can say that the service provided was excellent.
My first root canal and they were on time and friendly. They set the right expectations of cost upfront, which was appreciated versus getting Bill shock later. The procedure was fairly quick and the doctor communicated step-by-step the entire process. The procedure was done today so don’t really have any further comments than that but I could’ve had a lot more anxiety thru the process and I didn’t as a result of the team doing a good job.
