My first root canal and they were on time and friendly. They set the right expectations of cost upfront, which was appreciated versus getting Bill shock later. The procedure was fairly quick and the doctor communicated step-by-step the entire process. The procedure was done today so don’t really have any further comments than that but I could’ve had a lot more anxiety thru the process and I didn’t as a result of the team doing a good job.
Upon entry to the office, staff were very welcoming and understanding. I thought I might miss my appointment since Google maps had thrown me for a loop; had me going in circles. Nevertheless Evans Endodontics got me squared away and soon I was called to the back. The walk-through was immaculate, very clean, and smelled wonderful. The care I received from this doctors office was above and beyond what I was expecting. It started at the from desk the office clerks were very pleasant and helpful. They could see I was in pain and they offered to help me complete the new patient demographics. When I got to the back office the doctor assistant was very detailed in making sure my xrays was done and she made sure I was comfortable and when the doctor arrived he explained in detail every thing that he was doing which put me at ease. The D. Babb was friendly, kind, and very detailed. He took the time to clarify each step of the procedure, which helped ease my nerves and made me feel at ease. Although I was very anxious, the calmness of his voice reassured me and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I thank him abundantly; I was really terrified. Root Canal…I highly recommend 👍🏽👍🏽. By the way, the staff is also amazing, very friendly and sweet young ladies🙂
I had a great experience at Evans Endodontics. The staff was welcoming and professional from start to finish. Dr. Babb and Heather took the time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and pain-free. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of root canal treatment!!
