My first root canal and they were on time and friendly. They set the right expectations of cost upfront, which was appreciated versus getting Bill shock later. The procedure was fairly quick and the doctor communicated step-by-step the entire process. The procedure was done today so don’t really have any further comments than that but I could’ve had a lot more anxiety thru the process and I didn’t as a result of the team doing a good job.
I had a great experience at Evans Endodontics. The staff was welcoming and professional from start to finish. Dr. Babb and Heather took the time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and pain-free. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of root canal treatment!!
Evans Endodontist was not the one we were initially referred to, but they were in-network with our insurance company. I am so glad we switched! From initial phone call through the procedure itself, everyone was great! Special kudos to Dr. Purcell and Kim! They make an amazing team! Upon entry to the office, staff were very welcoming and understanding. I thought I might miss my appointment since Google maps had thrown me for a loop; had me going in circles. Nevertheless Evans Endodontics got me squared away and soon I was called to the back. The walk-through was immaculate, very clean, and smelled wonderful. The care I received from this doctors office was above and beyond what I was expecting. It started at the from desk the office clerks were very pleasant and helpful. They could see I was in pain and they offered to help me complete the new patient demographics. When I got to the back office the doctor assistant was very detailed in making sure my xrays was done and she made sure I was comfortable and when the doctor arrived he explained in detail every thing that he was doing which put me at ease.
