I've worked for ECTC for nearly 3 years now & while some days are better than others; I would not want to be anywhere else. In my role as a counselor, I have been given a rare gift to hear the most vulnerable stories of survival, resilience, and recovery. I see lives improve regularly. I have been going there for years and it’s a horrible place.I have a flawless record never done anything wrong never failed any drug screens and now because I’ve never upped my dose. After being heavily addicted to opiates for nearly ten years, I am truly grateful for this facility and can honestly say that they have saved my life. They do have their faults, mainly due to the inconsistencies with their practices from person to person. But that's a relatively small price to pay when it comes to being set free from the shackles of addiction. The health team n counsel are jus barely ok. The way the run it is aweful. I'm a patient tht does everything I'm supposed to do. I had my take homes taken away from me . I had a gastric bypass n I told them before I got I was getting it. So they knew that I would be malabsorption so they say I test negative but have the whatever it is when u have it in your system but don't. I turn in all my prescriptions to them. Faithfully.
