The entire process with EverDry Columbus was fantastic. From the initial inspection and quote, to the work preformed, to the cleanup after the job. Everything was extremely professional and my wife and I were informed of every step along the way. The gentlemen doing the work were polite and professional, and did a phenomenal job of respecting our home and existing landscaping. Our basement is as dry as can be now and we could not be happier. We highly recommend EverDry to everyone!
Want to thank Harley and Everdry Waterproofing for being there whenever we have had any issues with our basement. We had our basement done years ago and have only needed the sump pump replaced a few times and dampness in one corner of the basement fixed. When I called they were there that day or the next day. I feel they are a great company to fix your problems. Everyone is nice and professional. I would recommend them.

Years ago in 2009, our grandson noticed a crack in our basement wall. Fortunately, we did not have any leaks; but, wanted to avoid any future problems. We checked several contractors, and decided to get estimates from two or three. One was Everdry. After we compared the estimates, we selected Everdry to seal our basement. We bought the house in 10/2000 and the previous owners purchased the complete basement everdry waterproofing in 8/1996. The warranty did carryover to us, with our annual dues. We have never had a problem, but we did have a concern with our driveway against the house seal. We contacted them, they were very friendly and they sent someone out right away, resealed the issue. We are very pleased with there service and would recommend it to anyone.

Our system was installed by the previous owners of our home and has been working great and we haven’t had any water issues in the basement. The previous owners were paying yearly for the extended warranty (and it was transferred to us seamlessly). This last summer both sump pumps failed at the same time, and everdry came out the next day and replaced both, no question about it! Very satisfied with the warranty service.

I have no complaints it was a great job been dry for five years now I like the double sump pumps there’s a back up if the regular one goes out
