About 20 years ago, I had Everdry perform a waterproofing project in the basement of my now 82-year old Clintonville home. I chose them over two other basement waterproofing companies because of their less obtrusive system of controlling water infiltration into the basement. We purchased a home that had previous work done by Everdry. We have not had any water related issues in our basement in the five years that we have owned the home. We continue to pay for the warranty each year, and believe that they will resolve any issues that fall within the parameters that are outlined in the warranty.
We bought our home a few years ago. The sellers told us that the basement had been fixed by Everdry Waterproofing back in 2004. All we had to do was pay the yearly fee to keep the service going.
