We purchased a home that had previous work done by Everdry. We have not had any water related issues in our basement in the five years that we have owned the home. We continue to pay for the warranty each year, and believe that they will resolve any issues that fall within the parameters that are outlined in the warranty.

We bought our home a few years ago. The sellers told us that the basement had been fixed by Everdry Waterproofing back in 2004. All we had to do was pay the yearly fee to keep the service going. Last summer, we had several days of very heavy rain. I noticed some moisture on the concrete walls. I wasn’t sure if I should call Everdry yet because there wasn’t any water coming into the basement. Everdry is a very good waterproofing company. They came give me an estimated price and a time frame to do the work and lived up to ever bit of it. I am very happy with them and what they did for me. I would recommend them to anyone who ask me.

Everdry fixed my leaky basement problem completely. They were very thorough and did not hesitate to provide additional assistance to ensure that my basement stayed dry. I recently needed a new back-up sump pump and they arrived promptly and worked efficiently. I worked with Aaron who replaced the system and Xavier who assisted with scheduling and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus if you have a wet basement and need professional assistance.

After ***************************** my basement it floods periodically.. I call them they come out they do a little more but I still get flooding in my basement. I paid over $10000 to have my basement waterproof it is not

We noticed leak in April. Employee came out and quoted us $30k on 4/17. They did 3 of our 4 basement walls. Our front wall never had the piping installed & now were forced to compensate as a byproduct of their mistake from 2017. Once we submitted proof of previous work, we were told we got a new ************** see you in our records (though address and names on records were the same from 2017).Someone then came over on 5/1. I would never recommend this company to anyone! They will get your money an when repairs are needed they give you the run around when you pay your annua fee! I wish I would of went with a different company if I knew this would be the service an outcome!

TLDR: they over promise and underdeliver! Worst customer service. EverDry is one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. We chose EverDry because they seemed to have the best solution and they appeared to be a great company up until a few months ago. They started our “two day” job in mid December 2022 and it is still not complete. The lack of communication is unreal amongst the company.
