Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! They provide various services within your home such as skilled nursing, physical/occupational/speech therapy and they even have bath aids and medical social workers. To my knowledge most of the staff has been there for years which is a plus for repeat patients. I would recommend this company to anyone needing home health over any other company currently.
Incompetent is the term I have to use. My wife (the patient) had a visit by a PT and an OT, and enjoyed working with both of them. Also both of them called me and filled me in on the visit and made reasonable suggestions about things that could be done to improve our setup. (I had been at work but there is a licensed care giver with my wife when I am not there.) When the Speech Therapist (Rita) visited, she had my wife crying hysterically by telling her she needed to go back into a nursing facility. Rita denied saying this t... read more
