RecommendedI moved here to find a sense of community and I found it. The residents are friendly and the staff is exceptionally responsive. The maintenance staff handles problems quickly. Community Director Victoria tackles multiple situations with a friendly grace as does Assistant Director Saray. Thanks to Lifestyles Coordinator, Christine, there is always something fun and creative to take part in.

RecommendedSo far this is great place to live,today I found Whole Foods , close, also Central Market. I like to cook with quality food. I just moved in, everyone I have met is super friendly and helpful. It’s also quiet at night, that was very important to me

The elevators break on a continuing basis. The fire alarms go off for no reason. The office staff is incompetent. The appliances are old. Although it's supposed to be a rent controlled govt funded, our rent has gone up at least $600 in 6 years.
Very disappointed in broken promises. This property is old and needs some issues resolved. For the 3 plus years I've lived here we've been promised the halls and exterior would be painted in the fall. We'll I've just been informed it will not be done again. New Year new excuse. The halls are dark, dingy and moldy smelling. Walls and floors are filthy. I'm too embarrassed to have guest over as they have to walk the hall to get to apartment.
