I have had the privilege of living in the Evergreen Plano community for 13 years. I feel completely at home here. The property is attractive and well maintained. We have an outstanding management staff who goes out of their way to make sure we enjoy our home at Evergreen. I just want to thank Victoria for her wonderful service to all the seniors at Evergreen Plano. She has been wonderful to work with. Victoria is kind and very helpful. She does what she promises and follows up in a very professional manner. She has been very wonderful to me this past year through some difficult circumstances. I enjoy living here. The office staff is great, easy to work with and you can tell they are really trying and care about us. I enjoy the freedom to come and go as necessary and maintenance guys are friendly and efficient.
I renewed my lease this afternoon and the assistant manager Saray(1st and 2nd pictures) ,as always, with her cheerful attitude and smiley face had provided me with an excellent service. Saray is a great asset to the Evergreen. At Evergreens; We have Christine as a Lifestyle corrdinator(3rd and 4th pictures); She's doing a first class job in all of the social event planning, fitness programming, and presentations. Hooray for Christine.
I moved here to find a sense of community and I found it. The residents are friendly and the staff is exceptionally responsive. The maintenance staff handles problems quickly. Community Director Victoria tackles multiple situations with a friendly grace as does Assistant Director Saray. Thanks to Lifestyles Coordinator, Christine, there is always something fun and creative to take part in.
