Going on my 3rd year at Evergreen Richardson. I'm the youngest resident at the building and sometimes it's hard for me to keep up with some here. I enjoy myself very much. My apt is just the right size for me and all my windows make it very bright. I'm blessed to have found Evergreen at Richardson.
As we approach our 5th year at Evergreen at Richardson we do not have one complaint! Lovely surroundings and exceptional management personnel. What more could you ask for?!
The rent increases are causing people who are just on SS to have to look where the rents are lower $32 monthly increase may not seem like much thats3.3 percent. The only ones who can stand that kind of increase are not living on SS
