Improving! I've lived at Evergreen Estates for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say the new ownership that took over in October has made a huge difference. The improvements around the property have been noticeable and much appreciated. The grounds are better maintained, and there’s a clear focus on upgrading the complex. One of my favorite additions is the onsite laundry facility—it’s convenient, affordable, and makes life so much easier.
