My mother has been a resident at Evergreen Assisted Living in Litchfield since 2022. Until recently, she was very happy with the care and environment provided by the facility. However, following a significant and abrupt staff turnover, the quality of care appears to have declined considerably. Several staff members were dismissed, and there did not seem to be adequate replacements in place. As a result, response times have become a serious concern.
