My mom, Ina, spent 16 years of living with me and my husband (in her own space), and we needed a break. After much research, I chose Evergreen Senior Living. It started out to be just a two-week respite period, but upon consulting with people in my life who I hold in high regard, it was recommended to make it permanent. Our mother has been a resident in this assisted living facility since October 2025. We have always found the place to be clean and the staff have been very accommodating for her needs. All of the workers we encountered are friendly. The administration is very open and encourages feedback - good or bad - when trying to help improve services. The physical therapists are excellent. There are always plenty of activities for the residents. Food service is good considering how many meals are prepared. We would give the facility a ... read more

for 7k plus a month one would think the food would be better the cooks are good but you can only work with what you have. Over paid sitters? Maybe underpaid? I would NOT suggest sending your loved ones here if they cannot bathe themselves and need help with the bathroom and changing clothes. always some excuse why no shower given. sitting for 40 minutes plus in dirty diapers. and when you say something management is nice but there is staff retaliation in petty ignorant ways. maybe they are paid too little? maybe they are sh... read more

Updated photos to my previous review. Stains in carpets still haven't been cleaned, light fixture is still missing in main hallway, and the food quality has still not improved.

They are just over paid sitters. Don't trust them with your loved ones. The only thing they care about is money. The care you pay for is not provided. Many times my mom was not clean. Her clothes were not hers and she didn't even have matching shoes at times. Could not visit her in her room because of the smell. At the end they did things that shortened her life. Do not send your loved one here.
