My parents are able to live together at Evergreen, which is fabulous in itself. The nurses and staff are very caring, friendly, and competent. The activities and outings are fun and well rounded for all the residents. Highly recommend Evergreen Senior Living!
Legacy has had a recent downturn across the board. While most caretakers are super nice, alot of the good employees have left. This leaves a lot of slack for the remaining employees to pick up. The use of "agency" folks is prevalent and used as an excuse. The food has taken a marked downturn, as has the amount of employees on site. Evergreen and Legacy came highly recommended 3 plus years ago, unfortunately I cannot say the same now.
Legacy at Evergreen is great. The staff cares about the residents as people. The executive director and director know everyone by name and treat them as friends not clients. I recommend them to everyone with a need. Please don’t ever change.
Family members recently placed here a few months ago. I would not leave my dog here. STAY AWAY. Milk shortage for four straight days? Go to the grocery store! How is it that you are serving people cereal without milk? Dinner? Always cold. Norovirus infecting literally everyone? Right for the holidays, oh joy. Did the doctor here prescribe a medication that my familiy members chart clearly has them as being allergic? Yup! They are counting on people not being aware enough to say something. Oh and for 2025? We were looking for suitable assisted living for my mother when we were recommended to Evergreen. "Leslie" interviewed us and showed us around the facility with its groupings of rooms and settings. I was very impressed by the creativity and cleanliness. I spoke with residents while I waited and they seemed very happy. Fixtures are very modern and attractive. I highly recommend Evergreen!
