My great grandmother has only been here since May of this yr, but I can say that this facility is the best she’s been at since she’s left her home. The staff all seems great, very helpful and very caring and friendly. There are a couple that aren’t as friendly, but you will have that at any job. There are a couple different CNAs that my Maw has taken to and 2 different nurses as well. They’re her “favorites”. And being 103 this yr she def has her days. The compassion and sincere caring for my Mom and her welfare is more than I could have ever expected! Every staff member calls her by name. The residence are friendly and very welcoming as well. Evergreen is a wonderful community. They are honest and straight forward. They work with my Moms unique needs. They listen and are very understanding and empathetic to family as well. A beautiful facility, conveniently located and close to doctors and hospitals. A caring and professional staff that takes a personal interest in the individual residents and their families. A true blessing!
Very caring and have treated my Mom like she is part of a family. She is 95 and always tells me “They are so good to me” which is such a blessing to me knowing that she is well cared for.
Evergreen Place is amazing community for seniors! Every time I visit, I hear from residents that are happy and well taken care of, which brings peace of mind for their families. Team members are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend!
