My mom moved in February and her experience has been very positive! The caregivers are very kind to her. The nurse is extremely supportive and helpful. They filed all the paperwork to get her Medicaid approved. I feel very fortunate that she’s so well taken care of.

My father has lived at Evergreen for a year now. He has had such a positive experience while living there. He enjoys everyone of the team members that work there and is always raving about how good his meals are. I would give them 5+ stars over and over!!!!

A wonderful place to live! Lots of activities, Friday night movies on a big screen, Book Club, library, Bingo, Bus trips, entertainment, park like setting, great food, arts & crafts. My daughter shopped all the places available in Normal & Bloomington Illinois and she found the best place for Mom!!

Evergreen Village is really a community and provides its residents with a safe and lovely home, a meal plan with choices, outings that provide new experiences for the residents as well as opportunities to interact with the larger community, personalized healthcare and transportation services to doctor's visits, and a staff that is qualified and attentive to the needs of residents and their families. Thank you for a lovely place to live!

My mother receives excellent care from all the staff working there. They make my Mom feels loved and cared for. Very clean and beautiful facilities. Very happy for my Mom to have such a nice place to be.
