I've lived here a year. The building is fine, but since applying for my apartment last year there have been 3 management companies and 4 managers. You will get no warning. You'll wake up and be told that there's new management. They will not honor any agreements with past managers even with email evidence. New payment apps, garage protocol, etc every month or two. If you don't want a headache dealing with management, look elsewhere.
I’ve lived here since last May and have had a really good experience overall. I moved to Denver after graduating to work downtown, and the location has honestly been one of the biggest positives for me. I work right off 16th Street, and moving here without a car has been way easier than I expected. Living at Evo on Emerson has been a wonderful experience. From day one, I’ve felt very comfortable here. The place has an amazing view of Downtown Denver, and the rooftop is incredible—perfect for enjoying good weather and relaxing. The location is very convenient, close to everything you need. I was looking at a few locations to set up shop and came into Evo to check it out. I love the location with it being within walking distance to places I enjoy. It was incredibly clean and the layout was fantastic. The office manager, Austin, was very helpful in answering all of my questions and showing me around. Upon leaving I ran into the maintenance supervisor, Russ.
