Management changed yesterday and I had a wonderful conversation with the new manager Madison. I was nervous at first not having Austin here, but Madison answered all of my questions and spoke to me with actual care for me. I am very excited to see what she offers to the apartment.
I've lived here a year. The building is fine, but since applying for my apartment last year there have been 3 management companies and 4 managers. You will get no warning. You'll wake up and be told that there's new management. They will not honor any agreements with past managers even with email evidence. New payment apps, garage protocol, etc every month or two. If you don't want a headache dealing with management, look elsewhere.
Living at Evo on Emerson has been a wonderful experience. From day one, I’ve felt very comfortable here. The place has an amazing view of Downtown Denver, and the rooftop is incredible—perfect for enjoying good weather and relaxing. The location is very convenient, close to everything you need. I was looking at a few locations to set up shop and came into Evo to check it out. I love the location with it being within walking distance to places I enjoy. It was incredibly clean and the layout was fantastic. The office manager, Austin, was very helpful in answering all of my questions and showing me around. Upon leaving I ran into the maintenance supervisor, Russ. Stay away from Evo. You do not want this headache. Yet another day after I've contacted them with no response. Absolutely not surprising. 3 more days have passed after they said "contact us"; I did and I still haven't received a response. Below is my original review, to which they said "please contact us". I have contacted them, and have not heard back. Their google-review response machine is working, but nothing else. 1 star is too many for Evo on Emerson.
