Hi, I'd like to say that I really enjoyed my visit. The doctor's his staff, all very professional and kind to me with a smile and concern. They answered any question that I had without a problem, the doctor prescribe the cream from my feet and it's been very helpful and i've been very grateful! He also was able to help me with my.in growing nails he has done a wonderful job, o just like to say I'm very grateful and please, thank you again,👍
I was (about to become) a new patient. Arrived 15 minutes early, registered on the Ipad and then sat for 30 minutes. Finally went back up to the desk to ask how much longer and was informed there was some sort of backup with their offsite digital team loading in my registration information. I asked how much longer I should wait and the response was, "whatever you think is reasonable." When I said I could wait another five to ten minutes but not indefinitely, she suggested I reschedule. Dr. Patel is wonderful. She is taking time to listen to the issue. She takes time to explain how she can help and provides clear instructions to follow. Both of my kids have gone to her and they love her.
Dr. Ivey was excellent. Very knowledgeable, spent time with both my wife and me for her foot and my ankle problem. Clearly explained our condition and prescribed a practical course of action. The nurses were great, and the office was easy to work with for scheduling appointments.
I was so impressed by her ability she took her time to help me, she explained everything to me slowly and clearly, I would definitely recommend her, I can’t wait to go back for another appointment. We are working on a plan for my foot recovery. The future looks bright. Because there is a plan for my to recover from my foot injuries, thanks so much
