This is the first time we met Dr. Roma Patel, since our other Podiatrist of almost 30 years retired. She was extremely friendly. She listened attentively. She made recommendations. My Mom who’s 90 years old plus was very receptive to the care she provided. She also took care of my feet that day and my husband‘s. We would highly recommend her. She’s our new Podiatrist.
Jonathan, Kerrie, June and Dr Ozturk were all so kind, friendly and helpful. Love this place. I highly recommend choosing them for your podiatry needs. They’re very professional and kind.
I had a wonderful experience. The team truly makes patients feel cared for, not like just another number. Dr Patel is very kind and takes her time, June is always pleasant and Jonathan provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!
Unfortunately, I never had a chance to meet the Doctor Who I hear great things about. Unfortunately, my appointment was at 2 PM, I got there a little early, filled out the paperwork, And by 2 o’clock, they brought me back to the room where I sat for 30 minutes before having to get up and leave. I take care of my elderly parent and I only had someone watching her till 3 PM thinking this was going to be a quick thing. I’d give no stars if possible. I called over a month ago and spoke with someone working “remote” because she said she was not in the office and didn’t have access to everything but still she took all my information and made my appointment. Since I didn’t get a call or text to confirm my appointment the day before I called at 415pm the day before and again spoke to another person working remote who was clearly outside with kids and traffic and took my information and disconnected me.
