This is my third visit seeing Dr. Baddaloo and staff. So far, so good. They're all so welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, funny, and understanding. It's hard finding medical facilities that has those good traits in a business. I love my orthotics in my shoes. Dr. Baddaloo has given me night splints and ankle support for my fallen arches. He's given me hope that the posture of feet can get better overtime if I continue to do as medically instructed.
Dr. Carolina Marquez is truly amazing. From my very first visit to my second visit with her, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. She took the time to explain everything regarding my problem in a clear and professional way, which gave me so much peace of mind and confidence in my care. First Visit, I walked in and was greeted immediately by the doctors Medical Asst and the receptionist. They were very nice and pleasant attitudes. I must say that the office is the cleanest doctors office I’ve ever been to. From the lobby to the bathroom and rooms. Kudos in the cleanest bathroom I’ve been in at the doctors office. The reception staff were very nice and fitted me in when I was sent on the wrong day by another office. The doctor was very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend this location.
Been a patient at the Hunters Creek location for a few years now. Dr Marquez and staff are always professional, efficient and kind. My time is respected as I am always promptly seen. They have won me over as a patient.
