It has been a great experience being in Dr. Melisa Prutch's hands, since day 1 she showed me care, knowledge, kindness and I can see she loves what she does taking good care of her patients. I highly recommend Dr Melisa Prutch as your next podiatrist you will be amazed👏of her great job, she had taken the time to explain me the issue with my feet before and after my surgery. This is a very nice facility. Easy to access, plenty of parking. Waiting and treatment rooms were comfortable and very well organized. Super clean environment with a friendly and cheerful staff. My physician was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and took excellent care of my issue. I will most definitely be back for any future treatment(s) I may need.
Arrived early since today was my first appointment at “Modern Foot & Ankle” and had an excellent experience! Was immediately happily greeted at the check-in desk and completed my check-in. Moved to the exam room before my actual appointment time. The Patient Care Tech was very pleasant and thorough. As soon as she left the room it was just minutes before Dr. Prutch walked in. Dr. Shah and his staff are great people!!! I’ve never felt so comfortable and welcomed in an establishment before. Also, he’s not the type to rush you out just for money. He took his time and handled all of my concerns. Great guy:)
Dr Sagar Shah and staffing are an amazing team. he went above an beyond to work on my tenderness sprain stifness ankle. Lookimg foward to my special orthopediic order to give me the perfect size inserters to walk painless.
