This office was amazing! They were able to get me in next day, which happened to be New Year's Eve, and were so polite. The establishment was clean. I was called in right away, no long wait times. They were thorough in the evaluation and treatment plan. Doctor Sagan Shah was a great listener and really took his time to evaluate and make sure I understood everything. I highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Prutch. From the start, she was incredibly personable and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming, which is not something you always expect going into surgery and recovery. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered questions without rushing, and made sure I actually understood what was happening and why. It has been a great experience being in Dr. Melisa Prutch's hands, since day 1 she showed me care, knowledge, kindness and I can see she loves what she does taking good care of her patients. I highly recommend Dr Melisa Prutch as your next podiatrist you will be amazed👏of her great job, she had taken the time to explain me the issue with my feet before and after my surgery. My doctor was Melissa Prutch and she was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, asked me if I had any questions, gave me recommendations for shoes and how to care better for my specific issues regarding my feet. Wonderful bedside manner, I will gladly go see her again!
This was our first visit to Evolve Health and Dr. Prutch was great. She was timely, attentive, polite and informative about my dad's care. We will certainly be returning. The other staff members(medical assistant and receptionist) we encountered, were great too. Overall very good experience.
