This office was amazing! They were able to get me in next day, which happened to be New Year's Eve, and were so polite. The establishment was clean. I was called in right away, no long wait times. They were thorough in the evaluation and treatment plan. Doctor Sagan Shah was a great listener and really took his time to evaluate and make sure I understood everything. I highly recommend!
It has been a great experience being in Dr. Melisa Prutch's hands, since day 1 she showed me care, knowledge, kindness and I can see she loves what she does taking good care of her patients. I highly recommend Dr Melisa Prutch as your next podiatrist you will be amazed👏of her great job, she had taken the time to explain me the issue with my feet before and after my surgery. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Prutch. From the start, she was incredibly personable and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming, which is not something you always expect going into surgery and recovery. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered questions without rushing, and made sure I actually understood what was happening and why. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Shah. He listened to our concerns, gave us affordable options before we settled on a more costly solution to my childs issue. I trust his advice and appreciate it. Office staff was sweet as well.
My wife and I are having our feet treatment from Dr Sagar Shah for last almost 3 yrs. We found Dr Shah is very caring, highly knowledgeable, true professional yet quite friendly and always after careful examination he comes up with a proper diagnosis and then of course, a successful treatment.
