I had an excellent experience with Dr. Prutch. From the start, she was incredibly personable and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming, which is not something you always expect going into surgery and recovery. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered questions without rushing, and made sure I actually understood what was happening and why. It has been a great experience being in Dr. Melisa Prutch's hands, since day 1 she showed me care, knowledge, kindness and I can see she loves what she does taking good care of her patients. I highly recommend Dr Melisa Prutch as your next podiatrist you will be amazed👏of her great job, she had taken the time to explain me the issue with my feet before and after my surgery. This was our first visit to Evolve Health and Dr. Prutch was great. She was timely, attentive, polite and informative about my dad's care. We will certainly be returning. The other staff members(medical assistant and receptionist) we encountered, were great too. Overall very good experience.
This is a very nice facility. Easy to access, plenty of parking. Waiting and treatment rooms were comfortable and very well organized. Super clean environment with a friendly and cheerful staff. My physician was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and took excellent care of my issue. I will most definitely be back for any future treatment(s) I may need.
I normally see Dr. Baker for Podiactric services. Dr. Baker, apparantly was not available, so I scheduled with Dr. Prutch. As one would expect -- she's very knowledgeable in her chosen profession. However, in my opinion -- deficient in ettiquette. Specifically, didn't knock on door upon entering, didn't introduce herself, didn't offer a hand for handshake.
