Dr. Mccain's office is amazing. The professionalism starts at the front desk to all of the MA/Nurses in the building. People are kind, caring and really make you feel like family. Dr takes his time to thoroughly explain through and through the diagnosis, treatment and protocol. There is not another Dr like him! Highly recommend to any and everyone!
Five stars! ✨ I am very happy with Dr Nemeroff and her team (I wish I remembered their names)! I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. X-rays & treatment were done during the visit. I didn’t need to go somewhere else for X-rays or come back to figure out a treatment plan. I felt like the Dr listened to me. Thank you for understanding my anxiety & treating me with empathy (hope I didn’t squeeze her hand too tightly. I’m hopeful that I will get some relief from my pain. Thank you! 🦶
When we booked the appointment they told us that they treated young kids so we booked it . When we came in with my 5 year old daughter they took us in and took x-rays and took all of our information. But once the doctor came to see her she said show usually does not see kids and couldn’t really help us beyond some obvious observation and if I wanted she could give me the phone number for a different doctor. Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.
