I am from the UK and my 12 yr old daughter needed urgent care as all the walking and heat at the parks had aggravated her toes/nails. Michelle responded immediately to my request and offered us an appointment a couple of hours later. The administration staff were helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble. Dr Baddaloo was incredibly gentle and put my daughter at total ease. My doctor there Trevor Baddaloo, takes the time to listen, understand situation, find the best resolution to help. Willing to squeeze you in as an emergency right away.If something is wrong. He provides great bedside manners. He is an excellent physician there. I truly recommend him. The staff there is very friendly and so nice which is important. The doctors both Trevor Baddaloo and Jacob Ivey, are excellent doctors who shows compassion and empathy. They take the time to listen to you and help you the best way they can. The front desk reception Mayra goes above and beyond to help. She's always there to greet to say good morning good afternoon.. if you need something right away, she makes sure she gets it from the physicians. Everybody there works together great as a team. Dr. Baddaloo was super friendly and kind. He was able to fix my ingrown toenail with ease and no pain after he numbed my toe. If you have any foot related issues I highly recommend him!
Awesome experience. They got were able to get me in for a same day appointment. The staff are very friendly. Dr. Baddaloo was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. They got me in did X-rays, ultrasound and out with a boot in record time. Best experience I have had in a doctor’s office in a long time.
