I had an appointment with dr. Baddaloo. He was very nice and decided to take me after being late for my appointment. I really appreciate that. Unfortunately, I did not felt heard at the appointment. He was very talkative and I did not get the chance to speak and explain what I came for. I don't think he does it in a bad way but that is not a correct way to treat patients. I couldn't even speak and when I did, I would get interrumpted. I came to get 6 nails done and get both sides of my toenails. 12 in total. He did only one ... read more
My doctor there Trevor Baddaloo, takes the time to listen, understand situation, find the best resolution to help. Willing to squeeze you in as an emergency right away.If something is wrong. He provides great bedside manners. He is an excellent physician there. I truly recommend him. The staff there is very friendly and so nice which is important. The doctors both Trevor Baddaloo and Jacob Ivey, are excellent doctors who shows compassion and empathy. They take the time to listen to you and help you the best way they can. The front desk reception Mayra goes above and beyond to help. She's always there to greet to say good morning good afternoon.. if you need something right away, she makes sure she gets it from the physicians. Everybody there works together great as a team. Dr. Ivy and his staff were wonderful! They treated me as a human being. Very knowledgeable and very polite and willing to work with me and my foot issues. Highly recommended!
I am from the UK and my 12 yr old daughter needed urgent care as all the walking and heat at the parks had aggravated her toes/nails. Michelle responded immediately to my request and offered us an appointment a couple of hours later. The administration staff were helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble. Dr Baddaloo was incredibly gentle and put my daughter at total ease.
