Went for an initial visit and provider was running behind. I was worried I would have to leave to return to work so I asked the man at the front desk if I could pay my copay after my visit. He said no I would have to pay before being seen. So I paid my copay. I can say this was the best doctor appointment this year. Doctor Felix and her team were friendly, professional and helpful in addressing my issues today. The support staff (Lily) was great! She guided me through medical history, medications and the reason for the visit. She took x-rays to help with the diagnosis. Then Dr. Felix came in with the diagnosis and the plan of action. Dr Poineh was amazing, she was so patient & continually asked if I was ok while removing my toe nail. The procedure was no fun but her compassion & empathy made the procedure so much more tolerable. I highly recommend & her staff were professional & kind.
Dr. FELIX was amazing with my kiddo. She definitely understands children and how confident make them feel during consultation. I even thinking to go for me. Love the service that the doctor provided us and the details involved.
