Went for an initial visit and provider was running behind. I was worried I would have to leave to return to work so I asked the man at the front desk if I could pay my copay after my visit. He said no I would have to pay before being seen. So I paid my copay. Unfortunately the provider was running too far behind and I had to leave, I work in medicine so I’m understand that these things can happen and I rescheduled. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that her staff genuinely enjoys working with her, and after my appointment, I completely understand why. Dr. Felix was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain my symptoms and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It's refreshing to find a provider who truly listens and cares about her patients. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Felix to my family and friends.

I highly recommend Dr Elaine Felix. She did an excellent job treating my ingrown toenail. I had pain for one month prior to my appointment, which was relieved soon after the visit. She took the time and listened to my needs. She was patient to be sure the numbing medicine was fully working before starting the procedure. The entire process from making the appointment, availability and patient satisfaction was appreciated!
