Clinic looks good but be aware with MD Pooneh Alaei, I went for a old nail cut cause new ones were half way grown after a treatment with my dermatologist, one toe nail she did that second one ripped the complete new nail off without anestesia, they made me sign a waiver while I was walking out, 30min after they refund what I paid to later get a $100 bill for a nail removal that I didn’t want and a physical test that was not done and even put something as tabaco user and I don’t smoke, I don’t know the other Meds there but MD... read more
Went for an initial visit and provider was running behind. I was worried I would have to leave to return to work so I asked the man at the front desk if I could pay my copay after my visit. He said no I would have to pay before being seen. So I paid my copay. Unfortunately the provider was running too far behind and I had to leave, I work in medicine so I’m understand that these things can happen and I rescheduled. I believe I've found my new podiatrist at Evolve Health! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that her staff genuinely enjoys working with her, and after my appointment, I completely understand why. Dr. Felix was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain my symptoms and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Dr. Pooneh and her staff were awesome! Staff was welcoming and attentive. Dr. Pooneh’s kindness and thoughtfulness was superb. I left the office feeling so much better. I highly recommend Dr. Pooneh for your feet care.
