I can say this was the best doctor appointment this year. Doctor Felix and her team were friendly, professional and helpful in addressing my issues today. The support staff (Lily) was great! She guided me through medical history, medications and the reason for the visit. She took x-rays to help with the diagnosis. Then Dr. Felix came in with the diagnosis and the plan of action. I went in on October 31 due to my toe being inflamed. I Saw Doctor Elaine Felix and she was so sweet, so gentle and very attentive. She prescribe me two medication‘s, and I was scheduled for a follow up two weeks later. My toe looks so much better and has healed. Would definitely recommend this practice! 10/10
I had surgery with this group in June, though not with Dr. Felix. The surgeon who performed the procedure has since left the practice, and I’ve been seeing Dr. Felix for my last two follow-ups. During the second week of healing, I was told that the bone had shifted, but that everything should still heal fine. I expressed concern at the time because the joint in my foot appeared more swollen, but was reassured that it would resolve. Wonderful first experience with Dr. Felix and the whole staff at Evolve foot and ankle. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and addressed my needs very efficiently and with care. The staff was great from check in to check out. Excited to get my new orthotics in a few weeks! Highly recommend!
Dr. Elaine Felix was amazing! She took the time to care for me every step of the way — from my pre-operation appointments, to the day of surgery, and throughout my aftercare. I truly appreciate her dedication, professionalism, and compassion.
