I had a persistent and unusual pain in my right foot, so I went to Dr. Haverstrom and was seen quickly and treated efficiently. I had X-rays of my right foot taken from three directions, and after a short wait, saw the doctor who diagnosed a stress fracture. They fitted me with a walking boot and I came back several weeks later for a follow up. Had X-rays taken again and he was pleased by how my foot was healing. Read it , they're Bandito. I send the email to Nicole Sanchez : I can see now how these people are doing business without informing or advising the clients the cost of the service and treatment. I called the office to make an appointment to pick up my orthotics and I asked if I needed to pay anything and the lady told me that I do not owe anything because the insured pays for everything. First visit with this Dr. Everyone in his office was pleasant and attentive. I had many questions and Dr Haverstrom took the time to answer all of them. I feel very confident in working with him and his team.
The staff and the physician were very welcoming. The Dr. helped to alleviate my pain quickly and was very professional. I would not hesitate to return to this office in the future if needed. I appreciate the quick online appointment process.
I love this office. Staff is super helpful. They are very friendly especially the front office girl. Dr. Haverstrom is great i go in about once a year when my spurs start acting up and he given me injections and on my way. Doesn't press surgery or anything you don't need on you. Highly recommend this practice.
