Having never been to a Podiatrist, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, my ingrown toenail was bad enough that I had to do something. I found Dr. Haverstrom through my insurance and thank goodness I did. I walked in and was greeted by two very fun front desk ladies who put me at ease. One was new and in training and the other was both professional and super personable. Check in was quick and easy and small talk was entertaining. Fantastic great great staff soon as you walk in the door, they know who you are . From the front desk to the back staff they are professional explain what explained everything explained my x-rays. Doctor was fantastic everyone there very nice very professional. I must say never feel that walking into doctors offices or you actually feel like all your attention is on you. You don’t get that another doctors office. They’re a great team.
Staff is very friendly, professional & welcoming. Dr. Haverstrom was quick to diagnose my problem and determine a course of action. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to give this practice a try.
Dr Kyle is by far the best always up front and explaining what he is doing and what the out come should be if you follow directions
Great experience! The staff were very nice. The Doctor was quick & efficient. The appointment didn’t take long at all. I’m very pleased with this practice & highly recommend Dr. Haverstorm.
