I was very impressed by Dr. Derby and his staff. Rosanne at the front desk is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about insurances. Dr. Derby has wonderful bedside manner making you feel instantly at ease. He is very thorough with his recommendations and is happy to answer all questions. You can easily tell that Dr. Derby takes pride in what he does and truly cares for his patients. I am so thankful to have found him as my podiatrist. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Derby.
To be totally honest, it was an amazing experience! I was referred to Evolve Health GuideWell Emergency on fourth Street. They immediately set an appointment for the next day 23 December and I’m arrival was greeted by Roseanne, polite receptionist, And proceeded to check me in! My x-rays were performed by a very cheerful specialist Florence and then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chinn! This was the BEST experience I have ever had with any doctor AND doctor’s office in my life. The staff is amazing. Dr. Derby has the most compassionate bedside manner and takes time to explain his recommendations. I wish I could give this 10 stars ✨ and he has cool art 🖼️
Dr. Derby, Roseanne and Florence were amazing! The clinic was extremely clean, organized and the process it took for me to see the doctor was efficient and quick! Which he did an outstanding job when examining my foot, he was thorough, and very knowledgeable! I’m very grateful to have found a place/staff who truly cares about their clients! I will definitely be back for any future appointments! You won’t regret coming here!!💛
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and the facility at Modern Foot and Ankle! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome and well taken care of. Dr. Derby’s team is genuine and kind, and made me feel comfortable immediately (not an easy thing to do in a doctor’s office!). Dr. Derby made eye contact, shook my hand, asked me questions about the issue I am experiencing (of course) but also made general conversation and treated me like an actual human being.
