Got an appointment the day I called. When I arrived I was greeted by Rose who was very nice and efficient. Taken back very quickly to the examination room by Florence who was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr Derby! He was very thorough with his exam, took time to answer questions and believes in a conservative approach to treatment. Exceptionally Podiatrist!
To be totally honest, it was an amazing experience! I was referred to Evolve Health GuideWell Emergency on fourth Street. They immediately set an appointment for the next day 23 December and I’m arrival was greeted by Roseanne, polite receptionist, And proceeded to check me in! My x-rays were performed by a very cheerful specialist Florence and then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chinn! Dr. Derby, Roseanne and Florence were amazing! The clinic was extremely clean, organized and the process it took for me to see the doctor was efficient and quick! Which he did an outstanding job when examining my foot, he was thorough, and very knowledgeable! I’m very grateful to have found a place/staff who truly cares about their clients! I will definitely be back for any future appointments! You won’t regret coming here!!💛
This was the BEST experience I have ever had with any doctor AND doctor’s office in my life. The staff is amazing. Dr. Derby has the most compassionate bedside manner and takes time to explain his recommendations. I wish I could give this 10 stars ✨ and he has cool art 🖼️
This was actually the best time I've ever had at a doctor's office. The 2 girls at the front desk (Rosanne and Christine) were so friendly from check in to check out. Florence was my nurse and she was so sweet and funny. Dr.Derby was also very friendly and kind! He did a great job diagnosing my issues and coming up with a treatment plan. I even got to see pictures of his cute little dog! I will 100% be recommending this office to anyone who will listen.
