This was the BEST experience I have ever had with any doctor AND doctor’s office in my life. The staff is amazing. Dr. Derby has the most compassionate bedside manner and takes time to explain his recommendations. I wish I could give this 10 stars ✨ and he has cool art 🖼️
This was actually the best time I've ever had at a doctor's office. The 2 girls at the front desk (Rosanne and Christine) were so friendly from check in to check out. Florence was my nurse and she was so sweet and funny. Dr.Derby was also very friendly and kind! He did a great job diagnosing my issues and coming up with a treatment plan. I even got to see pictures of his cute little dog! I will 100% be recommending this office to anyone who will listen.
I made an appointment with Dr. Patrick Derby as a New Patient. From the sweet kind receptionist who checked me in to Flo the Xray technician, and of course Dr. Derby himself, was a wonderful experience for my first time being there. The office was really clean and well organized. The wait to be seen was quicker than most Doctors offices, and the time Dr. Derby takes with you one on one, you know he cares about the pain your in and why your there in the first place. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and the facility at Modern Foot and Ankle! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome and well taken care of. Dr. Derby’s team is genuine and kind, and made me feel comfortable immediately (not an easy thing to do in a doctor’s office!). Dr. Derby made eye contact, shook my hand, asked me questions about the issue I am experiencing (of course) but also made general conversation and treated me like an actual human being.
