I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Modern Foot and Ankle in Tampa. I went in December to have an ingrown toenail fully removed, explicitly requesting the complete procedure so it wouldn’t come back, including a chemical burn to prevent regrowth. I paid $396 for that, which was frustrating but acceptable. I am a new patient with Dr Derby. I enjoyed my first visit. I was able to understand everything explained to me and he was very polite. I like the fact that he cared enough to get to know me as a person and not just a condition he is treating. He listened attentively and helped me get diabetic shoes. I will definitely remain a patient as long as he is in practice!!!
Dr. Esmeral listened closely to all my concerns and made sure I felt heard throughout the appointment. The staff was bilingual very friendly and informative. My wait time was less than ten minutes. The clinic environment was clean and well kept which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Esmeral for anyone looking for a caring and attentive Doctor.
