Dr. Esmeral listened closely to all my concerns and made sure I felt heard throughout the appointment. The staff was bilingual very friendly and informative. My wait time was less than ten minutes. I am a new patient with Dr Derby. I enjoyed my first visit. I was able to understand everything explained to me and he was very polite. I like the fact that he cared enough to get to know me as a person and not just a condition he is treating. He listened attentively and helped me get diabetic shoes. I will definitely remain a patient as long as he is in practice!!!
