I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Modern Foot and Ankle in Tampa. I went in December to have an ingrown toenail fully removed, explicitly requesting the complete procedure so it wouldn’t come back, including a chemical burn to prevent regrowth. I paid $396 for that, which was frustrating but acceptable. FIVE STARS! Today was my first appointment here with a new Podiatrist for me, it was wonderful. The entire staff were all very welcoming. I was in and out very quickly. I met with Dr. Derby and I really like his style. Was more like chatting with an old friend, not a doctor/patient relations, really. I highly recommend this podiatry practice, I was very impressed - runs like a really well maintained machine. FIVE STARS!
Dr. Esmeral listened closely to all my concerns and made sure I felt heard throughout the appointment. The staff was bilingual very friendly and informative. My wait time was less than ten minutes. The clinic environment was clean and well kept which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Esmeral for anyone looking for a caring and attentive Doctor.
Dr Derby communicated well and continued to engage with the patient (myself) throughout the visit The physician explained each procedure before continuing. I would recommend the doctor to anybody due to his good personality and excellent work. Thank you
As usual, I had a pleasant visit with Dr. Derby. It is always obvious that he really loves what he is doing. He cautiously takes good care of my feet and his conversation is uplifting each time.
