WORST 1ST & LAST VISIT EVER!! Came to this company Evolve because it was preferred on my health insurance for podiatry. Initially signed up to see a Dr. Mehta but for some reason they put me with Dr. Haaksma for my foot. Well, my experience with this Dr. Ryan Haaksma was to say the least not pleasant. I recently had foot surgery with Dr. Haaksma and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Dr. Haaksma was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before surgery, which really helped ease my nerves. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. The staff was also kind, attentive, and helpful during my visits. Excellent experience from start to finish! I brought my son to see Dr. Ryan for an ingrown toenail removal, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the front desk to the procedure itself, everyone was extremely professional and kind. Dr. Ryan and his assistant Jake did an amazing job making my son feel calm, comfortable, and reassured throughout the visit. They explained everything clearly and worked with great care. The staff was very professional and kind from start to finish. There was a tech in training and both the trainer and trainee were great communicators and thorough with my process. Dr. Ryan Haaksma was awesome! Listened to my needs and to avoid surgery at all costs, and he has come up with a solution to avoid surgery until and if I am ever ready. He understood my insurance needs and I was fit for custom orthotics. The office visit was a pleasure as far as going to a doctor goes.
Dr Haaksma was awesome. I had a toenail removed and didn't feel a thing. Fantastic definitely highly recommend.
