I was previously seeing a foot specialist who was difficult to reach and unfortunately did not complete my FMLA paperwork as expected. I was also required to drive over 30 minutes to another location for foot X-rays, where I would often have to wait several hours to be seen. I was having horrible plantar fasciitis pain and I had delayed making an appointment at the beginning of the week and so today they graciously gave me an appointment. Dr. NGO is awesome! She doesn’t leave any stone unturned before she makes her diagnosis. She listens and asks pertinent questions. I did not feel rushed at all. By the time I left, I was in my car encouraging my whole family to leave their podiatrist and come visit mine!!!
Dr. Tiffany Ngo and her staff are incredible! I came in with a foot sprain and ankle injury and Dr. Ngo was very knowledgeable and immediately could tell what the issue was. She kindly explained everything to me in detail including my x-rays and MRI results. She was so kind and patient. I was able to receive exactly what I needed to help my foot heal. "1st visit" This place is GREAT!!! On entry the lobby area was clean & atmosphere was friendly. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. Jessica was very knowledgeable and friendly, she was very attentive while I was explaining the issues I was having. Gave clear and easy to follow instructions while x-rays were being done. Such a nice and relaxing experience! The staff are all so friendly, and make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the door (I was the first appointment in the morning, and even at an early appointment they were all so kind). Jessica was so quick to check me in, and made it so easy to get started as a new patient, and I didn’t have to wait at all.
