Best experience at this location. Staff was super friendly and place was very clean. The doctor was very knowledgeable and he took care of my foot issue immediately! I was super satisfied with his service today. Definitely will be going back if needed.
My regular podiatrist was not available so I looked for other options. I found Dr Patel using ZocDoc. I was pleasantly surprised and had a great experience during my visit.I explained my issues to the Tech and took and he did X-rays of my feet. Dr Patel did an exam of my feet and suggested the options I had to relieve the pain that I had. Had my appointment with aysegul ozturk and she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she knowledgeable about her practice, but she also had so much kindness and empathy. Anyone would feel comfortable coming into the office and having her as their doctor.
The office was very nice and clean. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. My daughter had to have a small procedure done and she was very nervous but the doctor did an amazing job at putting her at ease. She was patient and understanding and took the time to explain everything to my daughter. She did such a great job and I would highly recommend this office.
When I first approached the front desk Javien acknowledged me by name and with a smile. It’s as if he knew who his next appointment was. The office was very pleasant. Dr Patel was very polite and friendly, explaining to me what he was about to do. I thought that it would be painful but he was very gentle. It was definitely a pleasant experience. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 10
