Very happy I found Dr Jalpen Patel !! From the front desk to the medical assistant to Dr Patel everyone is outstanding. I’m having mid foot fusion next eeek & had my appointment with Dr Patel to go over everything he will be going. He answered my questions before I had the time to ask them. I know I am in good hands
Dr. Patel is a very professional and took his time with my foot and explaining what’s happening to my foot and also advised me that my healing is going great. He cleaned up my foot a little bit to make me more comfortable and said I will have swelling for a little days I recommend this doctor to anyone who’s looking for a Podiatrist. He’s also associated with Orlando health thank you Dr. Patel and staff.
I had my first post-op follow up with Dr. Patel. Everyone that helped me was very personable and kind. Completing my paperwork was easy, and the appointment was on time. Very efficient. The office was nice and very clean as well. I absolutely recommend.
So far, my experience has been excellent. From what I’m understanding, this is a newer office in Clermont. The front desk person is the sweetest. The MA’s are excellent and knowledgeable. The equipment up to date. The doctor is a specialist in his field. I feel I had the correct diagnosis and information to make decisions about my care. All and all, I would recommend this doctor and facility.
Dr. J was very thorough and had excellent communication skills in explaining my situation at my age and how to better mange it. This was my first visit; I was very impressed how well organized the office staff were from entering to finishing my visit. I shared with Dr. J he met the expectations I had heard about him.
