The office was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Mojica is young, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manners. He was very transparent and quickly identified the issue I was having with my foot. Dr. Mojica treated it immediately, which provided instant relief and allowed me to walk much more comfortably. I can not recommend Evolve Health enough. My prayers were answered when I found this office. I recently ruptured my achilles tendon and was extremely nervous that every orthopedic doctor I'd call would immediately push for surgery, especially since I'm self pay. They were able to work with me since I'm self pay and were extremely reasonable in pricing for my office visit. George, the assistant, was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person. The staff was great. Dr. Mojica was very thorough, very personable and explained everything going on with my foot. There was hardly any waiting time to obtain an appointment or while waiting in the office to be seen. Great experience.
I had a great experience with Doctor Jaylen Patel who did my ankle surgery. His caring and patient friendly professional manner is outstanding. His front office staff is very customer friendly. I would highly recommend him.
