Another wonderful experience with Ewing Subaru's Service Department! Collin was so very helpful. Since my son's car had NOT had an oil change since 2024, Collin recommended an oil flush. His clear explanation of this service's process, why he recommended it, and how it would help the car was excellent. We love Ewing- from sales in front to the service department in back- great people!!!
Colin in service at Ewing Subaru of Plano has been fantastic taking care of my Subarus. Always clear about what's needed, honest about what isn't, and keeps me updated the whole way through. Bought the Forester here at Ewing Subaru. The service guys are very courteous. The waiting area is comfy and quiet. I can work here while waiting for the service to be done. Love it. There's even a kid's corner too.
I had to bring my Subaru in for a recall and Adam helped me. From advising that I needed an oil change and a filter to getting it washed. Adam kept me updated on time, and checked on me as well. Definitely glad I chose this location over a different one. Thank you Adam!
The team took amazing care of my car. I was greeted by Heather and then Erik was my service advisor. Both were very friendly and helpful. Then they made sure to take good care of me and my vehicle. Oil change was very quick and the repair was also done in a timely manner. They have complimentary fancy coffee and snacks for customers in the waiting room.
