The team took amazing care of my car. I was greeted by Heather and then Erik was my service advisor. Both were very friendly and helpful. Then they made sure to take good care of me and my vehicle. Oil change was very quick and the repair was also done in a timely manner. They have complimentary fancy coffee and snacks for customers in the waiting room.
Bought the Forester here at Ewing Subaru. The service guys are very courteous. The waiting area is comfy and quiet. I can work here while waiting for the service to be done. Love it. There's even a kid's corner too.
Had my Subaru Crosstrek serviced at Ewing Subaru, Plano for the first time after moving here. Great experience—fast, friendly, and hassle-free. Virginia took care of everything and made the process smooth. Highly recommend!
The worst service experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. On my first visit, they didn’t even bother to run diagnostics—no error code check, nothing—and immediately blamed a dashcam I installed over a year ago, even though EyeSight had worked perfectly until the day it failed. I came to this store last minute due to an emergency, and they were incredibly accommodating. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car — which turned out to be a battery problem. I had just gotten the battery checked at another Subaru location the week before, and they told me everything was fine. Unfortunately, my car broke down because of it.
