Bought the Forester here at Ewing Subaru. The service guys are very courteous. The waiting area is comfy and quiet. I can work here while waiting for the service to be done. Love it. There's even a kid's corner too.
I came to this store last minute due to an emergency, and they were incredibly accommodating. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car — which turned out to be a battery problem. I had just gotten the battery checked at another Subaru location the week before, and they told me everything was fine. Unfortunately, my car broke down because of it. Absolutely terrible service. Will steal your money. Took my husband's car in to get a part fixed, they had to order it. They called us and told us the part came in, so my husband took it in and dropped it off only for them to call and say they ordered the wrong part. I had to go back up there to get it, and completely rearrange our schedule. Then we didn't hear anything for two months. It finally comes in and we take the car back to get it fixed. I went in for my 60k-mile major services. I called all Subaru dealers in the area. Ewing Subaru gave me the most transparent and honest advice with a reasonable price. I came in and worked with advisor Eric. Later on, my tire pressure sensor has been giving me some trouble. I called several dealers in the area and Eric quoted the cheapest price and presented a clear explanation about the problem. I would recommend working with this service department for any major services.
