I'm not originally from the N. Shore and have tried other dentists in this area who I wasnt completely comfortable or confident in. I chose this office based on the many positive reviews, which, are well deserved! I felt at ease once I met Dr. Patel. She was incredibly kind, thorough and gentle. The young lady up front who works with the insurance was very knowledgeable, and easy to understand. I feel confident and comfortable with this team and will be returning for additional care!
Such great staff. Lydia and Dr. Patel as well as the dental hygienist were amazing. I am pregnant and was nervous getting work done while pregnant but Dr. Patel took amazing care of me and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend to any of my family and friends.
DO NO TRUST. Worst experience with a dentist in my 60 years. They put in for authorizations with my ins for crowns I didn't need or want, then tried to talk me into the work. They don't return calls. It took months for me and my insurance company to get them to void the authorizations so I could seek care elsewhere. They continue to call for appts when I told them a few times I will no longer use them. Now I'm getting automated calls.
I had no idea my previous experiences at the dentist were bad until I went here. Very caring and thoughtful staff who were concerned about the patient's discomfort. Dr. Patel was very receptive and made me feel comfortable. And the communication between themselves as staff was refreshing to watch. Thank you for being kind.
I had a very bad experience at Excel Dental with Dr. Patel. I went in for a filling, and it has now been four days, and my teeth are still extremely sore and sensitive. While the office may be flexible with scheduling, it feels like too many patients are booked at once, which results in rushed and careless treatment. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. I would not return to this office and would not recommend.
