Very thankful for Excell! We signed up my father-in-law in early January. I believe that if it wasn't for Excell he would have not recovered like he has! They were timely and professional. We had a great staff of people who came in and treated us like family. Great communication with the office and never had an issue with anyone! Would recommend and will use again when I have a family member in need! Thank you Excell!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their staff! I was skeptical but they proved me otherwise! They were with me every step of the way with my mother! If you are looking for a faith based people and caring, this is your group! God bless them all!

Hi everyone, I should have given a review a long time ago. My first experience with Excell was with when OKC VAMC engaged Excell for my wound care. Excellent care! My nurse was competent with dressing changes with and without the wound vac. She was my advocate when she saw the kind of pain I was going through. Currently, I am on Hospice through Medicare with Excell and this time everyone from the nurses, social worker, chaplain, and my PA are all top-notch. I had a bad experience. One of caseworkers seminole workers was just awful. She was late to her first appointment and smelled like a perfume shop. She would text vague messages asking me to call her right after surgery with a paralyzed arm, then she wouldn't answer the phone. Another time, she no showed an appointment and again, never did answer her phone that day either. She gaslights situations then says "sorry you're so sensitive, or sorry you feel that way." Was not excellent care when we had they're services. Staff was abrupt, rude and never on time. Sat waiting well past scheduled time.
